SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Transit time for shipping will vary depending upon the order’s final destination and selected shipping method. We currently ship via USPS First Class Mail for standard shipping, which can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. Priority Shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping: $5. Free with orders $75 or more.  

Priority Shipping: $20

Please note, weekends and holidays will extend the delivery window. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email via USPS with your tracking information. Contact us at customerservice@somethingsilver.com if you do not receive your tracking email. 

For lost or stolen packages: if your package is lost in transit, please contact customerservice@somethingsilver.com within 7 days for assistance.

Once a package has been marked as Delivered, Something Silver cannot be held responsible. 

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. For online purchases, returns or exchanges of unworn jewelry in its original packaging may be returned online or in-store for credit or refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt. No return authorization is required.

All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
