I have a Something Silver Gift Card. Can I use it to shop online?

Yes! Gift cards purchased at any Something Silver® store location can be redeemed on our website. If you have a gift certificate that does not work, please contact us and we’ll help out.


How can I track my order?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Transit time for standard shipping will vary depending upon the order’s final destination and selected shipping method: please allow 5-9 business days for Standard Shipping, and two business days for 2nd Day Air Shipping. Please note, weekends and holidays will extend the delivery window for all shipping. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number that can be entered at


I need to return something I ordered. How can I return or exchange my purchase?

At Something Silver®, your satisfaction is very important to us. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any unworn jewelry in its original condition along with its original packaging for a full refund less shipping costs. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You may return online orders to any of our store locations for exchange or credit only. Refunds are issued only for returns by mail.


How can I purchase something I saw in a store and can’t find on the website?

Can’t find something you fell in love with in one of our stores? Contact us and we will be happy to help! Just let us know what store you shopped in, and as much information about the piece you were looking for. If you don’t have a style number or designer name, a detailed description of the piece, approximate price, and location within the store will give us a good place to start our search.


Can I ship my order to an international address?

At this time, Something Silver® ships only to addresses in the US, including APO, FPO and US Protectorates. Please contact us for more information.


Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes! All items purchased from Something Silver® receive complimentary gift packaging. A velvet pouch can be purchased for $2; a velvet box can be purchased for $4.  Gift messages can be added in the Gift Message box at checkout.


Can you put multiple items in one gift box?

Yes! If you would like us to package your order in a specific way, like putting a necklace and earring set together in the same box, please let us know by using the order comments box at checkout.


What is my birthstone?

What is my ring size?

Use our handy printable ring size ruler: print this out and wrap around your finger to determine your ring size.

All rings featured on our website are available only in whole sizes, unless specified in an item description. Few designers offer rings in half sizes- please inquire to see if a ring you are interested in is available in a half size. When half sizes are unavailable, many rings can be resized for a nominal fee by a jeweler.


What is .925 sterling silver?

Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% silver; the remaining 7.5% metal is usually copper or nickel. You can be sure your jewelry is .925 sterling silver when you find the 925 stamp, generally on the inside of rings and bracelets, or back sides of pendants, earrings and charms.


Can I use a Biz Exchange gift certificate for an online order?

Gift certificates from BizExchange Marketplace are valid only at Something Silver® store locations. Please contact your BizX rep to purchase a Something Silver gift card for both in store and online use.
